Organizational Structure
A lean, purpose-built structure: technical delivery, refit projects, sales and quality control each have a clear owner reporting directly to leadership.

      • Engineers

      • Technicians

    • Refit Operations Manager

    • Sales Manager

Quality Control and Refit Operations report directly to leadership so that inspection sign-off and project delivery stay independent of day-to-day technical work, while the Technical Director owns the core engineering and technician workforce that keeps every vessel maintained.
A Message from Our CEO
“

To me, a safe yacht is the foundation of every great voyage. My commitment as CEO is to build that safety into every detail we touch — so our owners can explore the seas with greater courage, and complete peace of mind.

CEO & Founder, YachtWatchCare

Tolga Oda was born on September 17, 1981, in Istanbul, Turkey. His academic background includes a degree in Control & Automation Engineering from Balıkesir University, a degree in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul University, and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the Institute of Science at Marmara University.

Over a 20-year career in the shipyard industry, Tolga has held a wide range of roles across new-build vessel projects, from early-stage planning through to delivery. His experience extends directly into yacht new-build and refit projects, where he has taken on project and technical roles covering planning, coordination and execution.

He specializes in planned maintenance systems and lean manufacturing practices, applying structured, efficiency-driven methods to shipyard and vessel-service operations. Tolga also brings deep expertise in electronic and automation systems — a field that continues to shape a hands-on, systems-first approach to yacht care.

He founded YachtWatchCare to bring this combination of engineering discipline, shipyard experience and automation expertise directly to yacht owners, built around planned, professional and transparent care for every vessel.
